Left Quadriceps Rehab - 20 weeks post surgery

I now have full range of motion!! I can get into a full squat position and sit on my heels. It is still very tight in these positions but I can do it. My strength is improving fairly quickly now. I am about 60% strength compared to pre-injury. I still need slight unweighting with treadmill jogging and I have not started plyometrics yet. I want my strength to be about 80% before I start any serious speed work. I am icing my knee once or twice per day now. I anticipate it will take another 4-6 months to get full strength equal to my right quadriceps.
