Are you wondering how to proceed with a safe exercise program after recovering from surgery?

Physical Therapists are experts in assessing and treating movement dysfunction. We will evaluate you and your current exercise program. We will use that information to work with you to create a safe graded exercise program that addresses your fitness goals. Each training session is one hour long and can be done in a gym or in your home.
