I have been strengthening my left quad for 5 weeks now. Things were going a little slow so I started using Blood Flow Restriction training with leg extension and this has helped a lot. I still have a long way to go but I can now go up stairs 2 at a time and go down stairs at a good pace. Last week was my first attempt at jogging. Just three - 30 second bouts on the treadmill. Not quite ready for that. I need to unload a little by holding on to the treadmill while jogging. It's a start anyway. My range of motion is almost full. Within the next 2 weeks I hope to be able to get full motion and a full squat. I am still icing 3x/day. In 3 weeks I will be able to start some plyometric training if my leg is strong enough.
