I am finally done with the brace! I am going up and down stairs normally. I can now start strengthening my quadriceps with no limitations on the range of motion. I am bending my knee past 120 degrees now. I am guessing it will take about 2 more months to get my heel to my butt. My cardio workouts are almost normal now except I cannot run for another 4 weeks. I continue to ice my knee 3x/day. I expect it to take 4-6 months more to get my left leg strength equal to my right.
