Spoker Ride 2026 Bike Race

Race Start

I completed the 50 mile Spoker Ride Bike Race last weekend. I made my goal of finishing in under 3 hours and averaged 17.4 miles per hour. I have been able to train harder and longer without any knee/quadriceps issues. The next race/ride is 50 miles is in Saranac Lake next month and has more hills. I would like to be able to average 18 miles per hour before the summer is over.
