This week Dr. Likpe-Perry and her research partners Dr. Dutto and Dr. Levy collected research data in the CHIRPS MOCAP and VR studio. Their current research is answering questions about internal versus external focus of attention and its effects on kinematics, physical performance, and cognitive load. They also collected data on ergonomics and posture related to the use of straps and supports while playing instruments. A very busy but fun and fulfilling week.
