Thank you again to the Beast Fitness athletes and owner Brendan for inviting me back to share some ideas, stretches, and self-mobilizations for the hips and ankles to help improve your squat form. It was great to see some familiar faces and meet a few new people as well. I am thinking of ideas for future classes so don't hesitate to reach out if there is a topic you would like to see covered in the future.
